Seeking full-time Administrator for Lawrence County Health Department

LCHD Administrator is responsible for the overall business functions of the health department and all services/departments within including: Rural Health, Public Health, WIC, Communicable Disease, Home Health, Behavior Health, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Environment Health, and supporting departments.
Skill Requirements:
Competence in leadership, written/verbal communication, financial management, budgeting, organizational and analytical skills, grant writing, and health & safety.

Education / Experience Requirements:
Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Nursing, Environmental Health, Community Health, Health Education, or other related field and minimum of 2 years full-time administrative experience in public health
-or-
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of full-time administrative experience (which at least 2 years must be in public health)

The Lawrence County Health Department, Behavior Health is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse (RN or LPN) to work in outpatient mental health office.

 Psych experience preferred. Must be able to work well with providers, possess basic nursing skills and have good computer skills. EOE.

Illinois LPN or RN
